Short Swords and Messers

Unlike daggers, short swords invariably had a woodcore scabbard too,

though suspension could be a little more flexible.

Pictured are a tooled small messer style scabbard on a simplified single

belt suspension and a riding sword, or Coustille, which, in this case, has

a baldric suspension.

Scabbards are individually crafted in England to fit your individual

sword. I am happy to work from dimensions, so do not need your

sword.
