This decorative one-handed Knights Templar sword features a double-edged EN45 spring steel blade with a broad long fuller. The edges are not sharpened and the blade's full tang is threaded to the pommel. The wooden core grip is bound in brown leather. The approx. 17cm long cross guard and the disc shaped pommel are both crafted from mild steel. The pommel has an enamelled red Templar cross on both sides, also known as cross pattee. 

This High Medieval single handed crusader sword comes complete with a brown wood and leather scabbard with steel throat, chape, middle band and articulated suspension rings..

This sword is not a battle ready weapon. It is designed as a collector's or decoration/display piece and is not suited for combat re-enactment. Apart from it’s quality as a collectible, it is also perfectly suited as a prop, e.g. to complete your costume.

The steel used is not rust-proof and might show slight surface tarnishing in places. We recommend you to maintain the blade and the scabbard on a regular basis, for example using a Universal Oil, which is ideally suited for steel care.
