The so-called Lorica Hamata was the typical chain armour of the Roman legionary. One of its particularly characteristic features was the shoulder doubling. 
We hereby offer this shoulder doubling separately and thus enable you to change RM chainmail to a Roman legionary's chain armour.
includes the pictured buttons, hooks and rivets made of brass, as well as the sewed-on leather border. The leather is vegetable-tanned.
