Light Medieval/Viking Dress
This loose-fitting dress is made from lightweight twill (100% cotton). Centrally inserted gores (triangles) create a generous hem width. This full-length dress can be worn as an upper or lower dress. Darts on the chest ensure a good fit. The slit neckline is typical of the Early Middle Ages and can be worn either open or fastened with a fibula. This dress offers a good basis for all Viking depictions.
