Our Kettle Hat 15th c 2mm Steel is a reconstruction of an original from approx. 14th century .The Kettle Hat 15th c 2mm Steel was popular during this period throughout Europe, especially among foot soldiers.
This helmet is handmade from 2 mm steel plate.
It is of a simple shape and has round edges.
Included is a leather liner and chin strap with an authentic brass buckle.
These helmets were frequently worn with a padded arming cap and a chain mail coif.
