Medieval Dress / Viking Dress / Shift Ana for Children, Natural, Blue, Green or Red
A loose cut Medieval floor-length dress with so-called gores at the sides. Gores, wedge floor-length shaped / triangular pieces of fabric added to expand the shape of a garment, gave medieval clothing a generous flare. 
The gathered neckline is based on an archaeological textile fragment found in Pskov, Russia, and is believed to have belonged to a 10th century Viking dress. The dress has a slit at the front neck and can be fastened with ties. The cuffs also have ties ties to create gathered sleeves. 
The child's dress is made from plain cotton fabric and can be worn either as a shift or as an outer garment.
